This will be an immersive environment designed to set an important foundation for expanding our energy capacity. At some point in the class, it is very common to experience something that presents a challenge... and an opportunity to let go of something inside of us that has been bogging us down. Over the course of the two days, we'll raise the vibration of ourselves and the environment to help us let go of anything that does not serve. In the letting go process, we make room for higher energy capacity. We can direct this energy to our goals, dreams, desires and even physical health. You will learn more about your own energy system and how it connects to world around us and beyond.

Expanded power is great. How do we make use of it in a way that helps you get what you want? Some tools focus on helping you build and grow your energy in your new structure. Other tools offer protection to help you stay centered while interacting with others and being out in the world. Some tools help you direct energy for towards specific outcomes. We'll also provide specific meditations to connect with higher guidance and focus on creating what we actually want.

In everyday life, it's very easy for important understandings not to fully "land". With your mind opened, you'll walk away from this experience with fresh eyes. You'll see and interact with the world in a whole new way.

The Life Activation session (1.5 hours in-person 1:1) is required to have taken place at some point prior to Empower Thyself.

I'll be your Guide in bringing these teachings into all aspects of your life. I'm passionate about creating impact and transformation... and these are the best tools that I've come across to do so.
